Enterprise Risk Management Integrity and Privacy Officer
Pine Rest is the third largest freestanding mental health institution in the country. We are called to express the healing ministry of Jesus Christ by providing behavioral health services with professional excellence Christian integrity and compassion.
What Will You Do
The Enterprise Risk Management Integrity and Privacy Officer oversees the Corporate Compliance and Privacy Programs functioning as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization to ensure compliance with federal and state laws. The position ensures the Board of Directors management and employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies that company policies and procedures are being followed and that behavior in the organization meets the companys Standard of Conduct. The ERM Integrity & Privacy Officer acts as staff to the Director of Enterprise Risk Management by monitoring and reporting results of the compliance/ethics efforts of the company providing guidance for the Board and senior management team on matters relating to compliance. When appropriate this position will ensure proper reporting of any violations or potential violation. The ERM Integrity & Privacy Officer must demonstrate excellent customer service and have enthusiasm about the program and the Pine Rest organization.

What Does This Role Require
Bachelors degree in related field is required Masters Degree is preferred.
Certification as an RHIA or RHIT with education and experience relative to the size and scope of the organization.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a health care organization or related field to include demonstrated leadership and project management.
7 years of extensive experience in the practical application of HIPAA Privacy rules and regulations as well as federal and state identity theft rules and regulations.
