We are excited to share an overview of Therapydia California a locally owned network of three physical therapy clinics serving the San Francisco Bay Area. With clinics in San Francisco Sunnyvale and Saratoga Therapydia California is dedicated to ensuring the highest levels of patient satisfaction and outcomes. Our physical therapists bring extensive clinical experience from top schools and continuously enhance their expertise through evidence-based continuing education. As a Physical Therapist at Therapydia you would be:
* Enthusiastic about working in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
* Passionate about patient education and delivering quality one-on-one patient care.
* Focused on understanding the underlying reasons for a patients condition.
* Open to both receiving and providing mentorship and feedback to colleagues.
Qualifications for this role include:
* Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
* Outpatient experience is highly preferred.
* An active PT license.
* Active CPR certification.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package including a variety of employment opportunities (Full-time Flex Hourly Performance Pay Per Diem). The base salary ranges from $90000 to $120000 with a potential $5000 annual bonus based on patient care satisfaction and performance. The compensation range provided is our current estimate for this position. Consistent with applicable law compensation will be determined based on the applicants skills qualifications and experience along with the requirements of the position. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
