JOB PURPOSE
The Site Operations Planner role exists to devise a production plan and manage the execution of the plan in order to support business needs. A Site Operations Planner acts as a liaison between Supply Planning and Manufacturing. It is the responsibility of the Planner to understand the business and to build a responsive network that can react to the volatility of the market while also managing inventory levels non-finished good material availability and waste implications. As part of the Supply Planning Team you will need to drive initiatives to meet team goals and ensure the continuous improvement of processes and outcome. Optimize the delivery of service inventory and production planning. Frequent and effective interaction with supply planning factories suppliers procurement and logistics teams is essential. Youll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters for people and the planet.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $69360 to $104040. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets experience and training licensure and certifications qualifications and education and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
