Job Description
The company delivers a wide variety of services tailored specifically to business jet owners including aircraft management on-demand charter aircraft fueling hangar storage and jet Customer Service Representatives primary purpose is to provide a variety of services to aircraft passengers and perfect candidate will pride themselves on professionalism and unbeatable service who is agood conversationalist and outgoing.
Scheduled shifts vary M-F and weekends. Open 7 Days/Week 7am to 8pm.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist customers with requested services such as fuel hangar space catering hotel accommodations andtransportation such as rental cars and limo services
- Communicate efficientlywith line service andpilotsusingground radio and phone system
- Solicit sales of fuel for all aircraft; provide pricing and delivery information
- Responsible for settingup new customeraccounts maintaining records preparingaccountingreports
- Successful handling of high volume inbound calls
- Serve as liaison between the customer and various departments
- Maintain current on local attractions and activities and other information that provide valuable services to our customers.
- Other duties and projects asreasonably assigned by theCustomer Service Manager
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- experiencepreferably in luxury goods/services or aviation
- Scheduled shifts vary; weekends required.
- Ability to successfully and efficientlymulti-task with high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn a multitude of new computer programs and aviation software
- Must have a valid drivers license and successfully complete background check and DOT look-alikedrug test
- Weekend availability is required - tentative available shiftFriday - Tuesday
Work Environment
The employees main work station is located at the front reception counter adjacent to an airport runway and aircraft ramp near an aircraft hangar in an airport environment. Periodically aircraft noise can be heard.
Compensation
Houly Range: $20-$23
Sun Air Jets benefits package includes competitive hourly pay (plus tips) 401K with an employer match health insurance (medicaldental vision) mostly paid for by the company and paid time off (vacation sick and holiday)
