Global Internal Communications Coordinator (m/w/d)
Are you passionate about storytelling simplifying complex topics and connecting people across borders As our Global Internal Communications Editor and Coordinatoryou will contribute to consistent communication and best practice sharing across departments cultures and continents.Youll collaborate with experts worldwide to craft compelling success stories advise on the best formats and channels and help translate technical topics into engaging narratives for diverse audiences from leadership and employees to other communications experts at Linde Gases and Corporate functions in the US. Your main tasks will be:
Create Impactful Content and drive engagement of internal audiences:prepare andinterview experts edit the articles for the LE Global intranet or the Website Teams channels events & management speeches and coordinate approvals in English. Contribute content from internal channels for sales purposes.
Your tasks are:
Support multimedia content publishing:
- Intranet content publishing: formatting uploading tagging and scheduling.
- Content creation: Writing editing and designing engaging content including articles presentations and other materials for various communication channels.
- Mass mails and Newsletter layout and distribution: Use templates and tools like Outlook or a tool called MAPP create appropriate distribution lists with HR and align with respective content owners on timing.
- Audio & video production support: Editing uploading and managing files for internal platforms like the video portal or the Brand portal; video editing and subtitling for internal videos
- Measure what matters - Analytics and reporting: Tracking intranet engagement KPIs performance email open rates and prepare dashboards & statistics. Identify potential improvement.
- Template-based visual content: create and adapt PowerPoint decks and banners using predefined brand guidelines.
- Plan and coordinate:lead the annual editorial planning maintain timelines reminders and coordinate Corporate/ Global campaigns; reply to requests in shared inbox.
What make you great:
- Academic degree in communication business administration journalism marketing or a similar field and have already gained initial experience in this field
- Total about 810 years of experience out of which 5 years in internal communications support preferably in a multinational company
- Language: Fluent in English (language skills in other foreign language (e.g. German) is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially SharePoint Outlook PowerPoint)
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. for intranet publishing on SharePoint or a newsletter tool - MAPP)
- Basic audio/video editing (e.g. Adobe Premiere Audacity)
- Familiarity with internal communications KPIs and analytics tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines ability to collaborate in multinational teams
