Description
As Content and Data Managerat ctrl QS you handle multilingual content for our clients and their global affiliates. This involves setting up checking quality and publishing provided content using top-notch digital tools. You also ensure smooth coordination effective problem-solving and quality assurance for various digital assets and functionalities. You bridge technical and user-friendly language making complex matters easy to understand for end-users. Additionally you constantly seek ways to optimize processes and share valuable knowledge with the team and clients. What youll do
- Support theContent and Data teaminmanaging andoptimizingdigital content across platforms ensuring accuracy efficiency and alignment with client expectations.
- Update content and data inCMSSFCC andPIMsystems.
- Performquality assurance (QA)checks on web pages assets and digital materials.
- Maintain and update project documentation.
- Assistwithwebsite content updatesand launches.
- Implementaccessibility updatesto meet relevant standards.
- Contribute toexperience revampsandrebranding initiatives.
What you can offer
- Interest in digital environments - You have a good understanding of digital technologies and ideally someinitialexperience with common tools (e.g. CMS PIM or DAM).
- Basic understanding of content workflows - You are familiar with creating maintaining and organizing content and are eager to learn more about processes in a digital setting.
