Assistant Account Executive Experiential
INNOCEAN USA a full-service advertising agency located in Huntington Beach CA is looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join the Kia Experiential team!
We are a hybrid workplace x3 days week in-office. Candidate must be local to SoCal.
This position is primarily responsible for overall administrative support for the team. The position will assist the team in coordinating with Kia client and production partners/agencies to develop and update presentation materials as well as other administrative duties as assigned.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports the Account Management team in all areas as needed.
- Assists the Team in anyway needed handling the calendar scheduling meetings creating itineraries review contents.
- Contact show organizers for auto show dates to compile master auto show schedule
- Coordinate and manage the production of updates required for auto show wheel stands and digital assets
- Work with Kia NBA production vendors and show organizers to coordinate promotional assets andschedule all logistics associated with NBA appearances at auto shows and events
- Review and approval of graphics (Dealer list monroney labels etc)
- Complete Pre and Post show reports/competitive analysis for assigned events
- Provide onsite management of display space and vehicles
- Provide onsite support for Auto Shows (Travel requires)
- Work with vendor partners to manage consumable (brochures giveaways etc) tracking/usage
- Compile KUS Monthly Vehicle Incentives for onsite G&R teams
- Assist with National Dealer Meeting
DESIRED SKILLS &QUALIFICATIONS
- 6 months -1 year work experience or internship in a event and experiencial environment.
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Ability to assess a situation and make sound judgment calls / recommendations
- Foster positive relationships with clients external partners and internal teams
- Knowledgeable in MS software Word Power Point and Excel

The salary for this role is $24 hr. Pay is dependent uponseveralfactorsincluding but not limited to: clientexperience training and/or transferable skills.
