Short Description
- Provide administrative and strategic leadership for the entire range of programs in procedural departments.
- Responsible for overseeing operations as well as driving strategic vision overall efficiency service and profitability within our procedural portfolio with the Vice President and Medical Director of the Institute.
- Serve as a member of Coopers Senior Leadership team assisting with the achievement of Coopers Procedural oversight and corporate goals.
- Perform duties as assigned by Chief Nursing Officer and in partnership with the Vice Presidents of the procedural institutes.
Experience Required
- In-depth knowledge of strategic planning and business development.
- Require demonstrated experience in Disease-Based Care Hospital Operations Nursing Management.
- Experience working with budgets and financial management.
Education Requirements
Masters Degree required (MBA MSN and MHA MA).
License/Certification Requirements
Registered Nurse in NJ.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated successful managerial background.
- Well-developed organizational analytical and negotiating skills.
- Literate in MS Office software.
