- Crew Leaders must understand the relevance and importance of operational activities in contributing to food safety and reporting and responding to situations that may impact food.

Monday Friday; hours may vary depending upon shift!

- Lead and assign daily workforce activities ensuring safety and compliance.
- Oversee production schedules materials and quality control.
- Act as the main communication link between the floor and support groups.
- Troubleshoot issues support team development and ensure all admin and project tasks are completed on time
- Drive continuous improvement in quality safety cost and team morale.
- Ensure compliance with cleaning schedules policies and regulatory standards.
- Train and support employees promote teamwork and update best practices.
- Maintain strong floor presence and use technology to support operations.

- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to read comprehend and communicate utilizing the English language.
- Able to read and perform basic mathematical functions (addition subtraction multiplication division).
