What Youll Do! Our Administrative Coordination Specialist (known as Network Coordination Specialist) position is a unique position requiring multiple skill sets in both executive meeting coordination and communication as well as attention to detail and independent work to conduct on-site and remote program audits of our contracted Network Providers.
This position provides coordination and support to multiple employees requiring a high level of confidentiality organizational skills attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with both internal employees and external stakeholders. This position will act as a liaison between senior leadership contracted Network Providers and external other words you will help set the stage for the success of Region 5 Systems.See job description for full range of responsibilities.
What Youll Have!
High school diploma or GED.
Have experience in one or both of the following:
Coordination of assigned responsibilities and administrative support experience that provides the desirable knowledge skills and abilities and/or
Experience with billing (invoicing behavioral/physical health) or assessing conformance to specific standards/expectations (auditing/file review-related responsibilities).
This experience will soar you to the top of our list: 2 years experience working in a behavioral health environment experience with electronic health records taking and transcribing minutes and an associates or bachelors degree in human services or related field.
Strong organizational and communication skillsattention to detailauthoring concise meeting notes andeffectively prioritizing competing priorities are some of the skills you need.
The ability to coordinate with internal employees and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration is crucial.
Satisfactory background investigation is required.
