A leading anesthesia group in the Columbus Ohio area is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its vibrant outpatient team. Deliver anesthesia for outpatient surgical procedures with a significant focus on pediatric ENT alongside orthopedics plastics and general surgery.
Conduct thorough preoperative assessments to develop tailored anesthesia plans.
Monitor and manage patient care during procedures to ensure safety and effective pain control.
Collaborate effectively with surgeons anesthesiologists and support staff to provide seamless care.
Stay abreast of advancements in anesthesia practices particularly in pediatric care to enhance patient outcomes.
Maintain detailed compliant patient records in accordance with regulatory standards.
Flexible hours: 32-40 hours per week with full-time or part-time options available.
Standard hours: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
No nights weekends or major holidays ensuring ample time for personal and family life.
