Sales/Account Representative:
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
*Identify and establish relationships with prospect companies to develop new business
*Further develop relationships and increase business with existing customers
*Secure signed employment agreements and credit applications from prospective customers
*Negotiate billing rates and permanent placement fees with prospects/clients
*Write and enter qualified staffing requirements
*Prioritize daily recruiting efforts to ensure proper coverage on open requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
*Bachelor degree
