The practice is still owned by the same family for 54 years. The practice is led today by President & CEO Dr. Pit Gills.
St. Lukes opened its eye care and ambulatory surgical center (ASC) in The Villages in 2012. St. Lukes recruitsthe best doctors in the country andDr. Kimberly Irelandwas personally selected by James Gills MD to lead the experience in cataract surgery and practice leadership combined with her exceptional patient satisfaction ratings made her an obvious choice. Dr. Ireland specializes in laser and manual cataract surgery. We are seeking a candidate with excellent clinical and surgical skills whopossess outstanding interpersonal skills. Must be geared towards high clinical demand and high surgical volume. The candidate must be able to provide quality patient care and have a high level of experience in patient management.
