About the Role
Working closely with the Business Services and Development Manager for clinical services. You will be responsible for ensuring that graduates joining Rocky Bay will have the support they need to succeed during their first year with our organisation. You will do so by providing engaging learning activities by utilising evidence based developmental approaches clinical supervision and mentoring. You will have a direct impact on the graduate experience at Rocky Bay.
