Job Description

We are seeking suitably qualified a Allied Health Professional for the North with an interest in leading developing and coordinating Allied Health graduates who pursue a career with Rocky Bay.
About the Role
Working closely with the Business Services and Development Manager for clinical services. You will be responsible for ensuring that graduates joining Rocky Bay will have the support they need to succeed during their first year with our organisation. You will do so by providing engaging learning activities by utilising evidence based developmental approaches clinical supervision and mentoring. You will have a direct impact on the graduate experience at Rocky Bay.
To be considered for this position you will be required to demonstrate:
- Excellent customer service that meets individual goals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Well-developed clinical reasoning skills that are solution-focused
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers key stakeholders and team members
- Personal resilience working in a changing environment
Desirable Selection Criteria:
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience in the disability sector/or human services
- SP or OT preferred PTs can still apply
