Job Description
Nursing & Therapy Services of Colorado is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join our home health team in Pueblo CO. In this rewarding role youll help patients regain independence and improve their quality of liferight in the comfort of their own homes.

- Reliable transportation
- Evaluate and treat patients in their homes.
- Develop personalized care plans to improve mobility safety and daily living skills.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home modifications.
- Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary care team.
- Graduation from an occupational therapy program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
- Masters degree in a related field preferred.
- Current license or eligibility for licensure to practice occupational therapy issued by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Affairs (DORA).
