About the Role
Midwest Auto Group in Geraldton is looking for a driven individual to join our sales team as a Sales Consultant (Automotive sales experience is preferred but not necessary; applicant must have previous sales experience).

Essential attributes:
- Sales experience is not required
- The ability to learn and retain product knowledge
- Basic computer skills is essential
- A valid drivers license
- A self-starter with a flexible approach & ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A customer first approach where you consistently demonstrate a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and the ability to talk to customers in a friendly professional manner
- Great time management and attention to detail
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
- Our customers are treated like guests; all our customers are treated with enthusiasm professionalism and respect. All our guests have different needs so the ability to communicate effectively with all types of people will be the key to success in this role.
