Job Description

About the role
The City is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Planner/Urban Designer (E-Planning). In this role you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development review and implementation of urban and rural development strategies and policies and collaborate on team projects and community consultation. The successful candidate will provide support in the implementation of e-Planning and Planning Certificate processes and maintain accurate local planning data and spatial mapping for the NSW Planning Portal. Under the guidance of the Team Leader Planning and Urban Design youll help deliver responsive customer-focused services.
About you
You will hold a relevant degree and practical experience in urban planning or design with a current Class C Drivers Licence. You will bring strong knowledge of NSW planning legislation excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage projects and work collaboratively. Experience with e-Planning systems and strategic planning is highly desirable.
Whats on offer
- $82825.76 12% superannuation
- Permanent Full-Time 35 hours per week
- Scope for performance-based salary increases.
