Required/Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
Demonstrated capability in the following areas:- Informatica TeradataSQL and Utilities domain
- Lead and manage the DNA-CIM Subtower for AMS delivery
- Oversee the program from onshore coordinating effectively with offshore teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
- Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and proactively manage service performance.
- Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) plans ensuring readiness and compliance with business continuity requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication managing expectations and fostering strong relationships.
- Drive metric reporting including performance quality and compliance metrics and ensure timely submission to stakeholders.
- Engage with business stakeholders for requirement analysis prioritization and strategic alignment.
- Manage escalations and provide leadership in resolving complex technical and operational issues.
- Ensure alignment with the Managed Services model including governance process adherence and continuous improvement.
- Operate within a Global Delivery Model ensuring effective collaboration across geographies and time zones.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance on ETL processes data integration and data warehousing best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:- Capability inETL processes data integration and data warehousing best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement though process efficiencies and technical improvements
- Monitor productivity and performance and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
- Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
- Scope changes and develop client requirements ensuring proper estimation approval and contractual updates
- Ability to analyze collect process and interpret information to identify patterns solve problems and make informed decisions
- Drive a culture of innovation by aligning innovative efforts with organizational goals and long-term strategies
