The DoubleTree by Hilton Complex is seeking their next Complex Sales Manager to support both Boston Downtown and Boston Bayside locations.
Both properties are located minutes away from public transportation options with the most scenic Boston views. This position will report to the Complex Director of Sales and Marketing overseeing the sales and servicing of the combined 464 rooms and 2000 square foot of meeting space.
Our ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of sales experience in a hotel group sales environment or a related event management field with a proven track record of converting group leads and managing group conference details into successful bookings. They will demonstrate strong knowledge of the Boston market to foster positive client engagement and drive revenue growth.

What will I be doing
The sales office in a hotel is a fast-paced ever-changing environment and is a true launching pad for those who aspire to grow their careers in hospitality. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
This role requires strong sales communication and networking skills. The ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and then apply a disciplined approach to qualify negotiate and secure new revenue for the hotel.
Customer and Account Management:
Prospecting:
Negotiations:
Engage Hilton Worldwide Sales and Hilton Legal to support the contracting process when needed.
Event Planning:
Assists the client in menu planning; coordinates food beverage meeting room set-up and other services as requested by the client; assures that all requirements are communicated and completed to the clients specifications.
Review all banquet event orders banquet checks and the daily/weekly reports to ensure accuracy.
