About the Role
Irwin Lincoln Mazda is expanding our service capabilities and seeking an experienced Automotive Mobile Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance and light repairs at customer locations. This role is perfect for a self-motivated customer-focused technician who enjoys variety in their work and the independence of being on the road backed by the support of a trusted dealership team.
Key Responsibilities
Travel to customer homes or workplaces to perform scheduled maintenance and light repairs
Conduct services such as oil changes tire rotations battery replacement brake service fluid checks and minor diagnostics
Maintain and stock the mobile service vehicle with necessary tools parts and equipment
Provide exceptional customer service and clearly explain work performed
Document all repairs and services according to dealership and manufacturer standards
Ensure mobile unit cleanliness safety and readiness at all times
Communicate with the service department to coordinate parts scheduling and job completion
Qualifications
Minimum 35 years of professional automotive repair or maintenance experience
Manufacturer certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient with basic diagnostics and repair equipment
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
