Scope of Responsibility:
- Maintains confidentiality of professional information processed while performing daily routine activities.
- Supervises SBHC secretaries.
- Schedules appointments maintain MD NP RN appointments schedules maintain medical records keep daily list of patients seen.
- Creates JP SBHC Administration monthly quarterly and year-to-date reports for ten (10) School Based Health Centers to the Office of Public Health.
- Medical billing
- Training of new employees.
- Monitors timekeeping daily attendance absentee reports for SBHC staff.
- Maintains updated professional licenses certificates ECUs for Medical professionals.
- Fund/Budget Management for ten (10) Health Centers.
- Provides Enrollment (Medicaid) for new providers.
- Receives invoices and process for payment.
- Credentialing of Medical Professionals.
- Maintains Provider Profiles for CAQH-Counsel for Affordable Quality Healthcare.
- EMR (Electronic Medical Reports) super-user.
- Answers the phone take care of e-mail and does all the regular office work plus helping the other office and professional personnel when necessary.
- Monitors office supplies.
- Conducts inventory of office supplies.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Executive Director of Health and Related Services.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Google Suite.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience with billing and insurance.
Physical Involvement:
Sitting is required part of each workday. Must be able to operate office equipment. Standing walking reaching bending lifting up to 10 pounds is sometime required. Ability to provide own transportation to schools work locations and meeting sites. Mobility skills necessary to access a variety of work locations.
