Whats this role about
Healthcare Digitalis seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientedBusiness Analystto join our this role you will play a key part in supporting our Patient Observation (PObs) team assist with the ongoing NextGen Survey product development as well as future product development for the Patient Transport (PT) service line. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining various technical documentation.

Responsibilities:
- Daily Management of Patient Observation:
- Triage new requests and issues reported by the PObs team.
- Analyze and document requirements for new features and bug fixes.
- Create user stories and bug reports in the designated ticketing system.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure proper understanding and implementation of requirements.
- Demo new features to the PObs team and gather feedback.
- Patient Transport Service Line:
- Conduct research and develop a comprehensive understanding of the Patient Transport business processes.
- Analyze potential future product needs for the PT service line.
- Document findings and recommendations for PT product development.
- NextGen Survey Support:
- Assist with the migration of existing forms into .
- Create clear and concise user guides for both the new NextGen Survey application and .
- Develop and maintain release documentation for new features and updates.
- General Documentation Support:
- Assist with creating and maintaining various technical documentation as needed.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to established company SOPs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry (a plus).
- Experience with user story creation and bug tracking systems (e.g. ADO JIRA).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
