Job Summary
At Mountain America the Sales Enablement Coordinator owns the direction of our AAA Sales Playbook Strategy. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams like Marketing and AAA TMD team to effectively execute the strategy. The Sales Enablement Coordinator is responsible for defining clear sales processes and standards equipping the Member Service team members with the necessary tools resources and knowledge while enhancing the effectiveness of sales efforts.

Or can be considered for remote work depending on candidate experience and business need. Remote team members must reside within current Mountain America Credit Union footprint.

Sales Playbook Development & Execution
- Lead the creation and refinement of the AAA Sales Playbook defining clear sales stages exit criteria tools and best practices tailored to branch and service center environments
- Ensure alignment with CRM workflows product messaging and the member journey.
- Integrate AAA Skills Assessments and feedback loops to support ongoing development.
Training & Knowledge Delivery
- Partner with the Talent and Member Development team to deliver targeted training programs and skill guides that reinforce AAA principles and sales excellence.
- Ensure all enablement content is accessible relevant and aligned with organizational goals.
Sales Enablement
- Equip Member Service team members with the necessary tools resources and knowledge for identifying and addressing the unique financial needs of members.
- Define and track KPIs related to enablement effectiveness including adoption rates sales productivity and member/team-member satisfaction.
- Use insights from CRM analytics and performance dashboards to inform continuous improvement.
Process Definition
- Own the lead acquisition and development strategy. Partners with Marketing to analyze gaps how to fill gaps and optimize the sales process from member campaigns to team member delivery.
- Define clear processes and standards for delivering exceptional member experiences ensuring consistency and reliability
- Map out existing workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. This involves analyzing current processes pinpointing bottlenecks and implementing changes to enhance efficiency
Content Management & Communication
- Maintain a library of enablement content including scripts templates objection handling guides and success stories.
- Promote adoption of sales programs and celebrate team achievements.
Sales Leader Coaching Playbook
- Create a coaching framework for Member Service leaders to guide team development drive growth and achieve operational excellence.
- Use performance metrics to track the impact of coaching on team and sales results
- Set clear coaching standards to support AAA team members in delivering excellent member experiences
- Strengthen Member Service through certified coaching outbound calls and SEG events to boost satisfaction
- Achieve operational excellence by understanding member needs identifying helpful products and ensuring top service quality

Education and Experience
- Typically requires minimum of 3 years in sales enablement training or sales operations preferably in financial services or member-focused environment.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field or equivalent experience required.
Knowledge & Skills
- Builds on and continues to acquire and develop working knowledge and applies methods or procedures in sales enablement sales process and communication.
- Knowledge of sales enablement and a strong ability to align sales training and sales processes is essential.
