Job Description
- Demonstrated track record in designing and synthesizing custom polymers for medical device or pharmaceutical use.
- Proficient with various polymer synthesis methodologies especially in producing polyoxazoline (POx) derivatives via cationic ring-opening polymerization and related techniques.
- Hands-on experience in scaling polymer synthesis from laboratory to pilot level.
- Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in industrial research is required.
- Excellent communication skills and team orientation.
- A demonstrated ability to innovate independently and thrive in collaborative settings.
- Diligent attention to detail with a commitment to quality and lab safety.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
