THIS IS A FACETS CONFIGURATION ROLE - PLAN SET UP
Key Responsibilities
As a Product Configuration Specialist youll play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient setup of our managed vision care products. Your responsibilities will include:
Product Configuration: Precisely configure all managed vision care products within our system utilizing both Product Key Sheet and manual configuration methods. Youll ensure accuracy by leveraging configuration tools for both manual and automated product creation.
Troubleshooting & Analysis: Write and execute SQL queries to extract and analyze data effectively troubleshooting configuration issues and resolving service requests.
Issue Resolution: Independently address and resolve product configuration inquiries and issues escalated to the Business Configuration production team.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with Implementation and Account Managers contributing to a collaborative and results-oriented environment across teams.
Workload Management: Efficiently manage and complete your work inventory in production queues consistently meeting established quality and turnaround time service levels.
Process Improvement: Actively participate in and coordinate cross-functional team activities to resolve issues and recommend system and process enhancements for continuous improvement.
Subject Matter Expertise: Support the management team by assisting with training initiatives various projects resolving complex issues and serving as a subject matter expert for all configuration-related requests.
Qualifications
An Associates degree or equivalent work experience is required.
At least 5 years of experience working with a core claims administration system - FACETS.
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A minimum of 2 years of experience writing SQL queries and exporting data from database tables into Excel for analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Capable of managing multiple complex assignments simultaneously.
