Job Description

Job Title: MIS Executive
Role Overview:
The MIS (Management Information System) Executive is responsible for collecting analyzing and presenting business data to support decision-making improve efficiency and ensure smooth reporting operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect consolidate and validate data from various departments.
Maintain and update MIS reports dashboards and databases.
Generate daily weekly and monthly business performance reports.
Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights.
Automate and streamline reporting processes where possible.
Coordinate with departments to ensure accurate and timely data submission.
Support management in decision-making through analytical reports.
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of data.
Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Macros etc.) and MS Office Suite.
Basic knowledge of SQL or database management (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications:
1 3 years of experience in MIS data analysis or reporting.
