Job Description
Provide exceptional food and beverage service in line with Raffles standards ensuring guest satisfaction through attention to detail and proactive problem-solving. Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment while minimizing waste and equipment damage. Collaborate effectively with a diverse team to deliver luxury hospitality and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and service quality.
Qualifications :
- Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work as part of a diverse dynamic team
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset
- A proactive solution-oriented approach
- Excellent reading writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
- Good communication and guest contact skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ensure that all operating equipment is maintained
- Ensure that all service and storage areas are kept safe clean and locked
- Help minimize waste breakages and mishandling of supplies and equipment
- Report any complaints incidents or any other irregularities to management
- Ensure guests receive the prompt courteous and helpful attention they require
- Provide F&B service in line with departmental standards and Raffles procedures.
- Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships
- Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services outlets and hotel services/features
