Job Description

* Prepare accurate cost estimates BOQs and tender documents for pipeline network projects.
* Conduct feasibility studies cost control and value engineering.
* Monitor and track project progress in terms of cost and resource usage.
* Manage contractual relationships with contractors vendors and stakeholders.
* Prepare interim and final payment applications variation orders and claims.
* Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate with vendors.
* Maintain project documentation including progress reports change orders and contract compliance.
* Collaborate with engineers project managers and procurement teams to align on project budgets and timelines.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety legal and environmental standards.



Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of proven work experience as a Quantity Surveyor with at least 5 years in pipeline network projects (e.g. water sewage oil & gas).
* Solid knowledge of construction and pipeline installation techniques materials and regulations.
* Proficient in QS software such as CostX Candy or Primavera and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent analytical numerical and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
* Experience with large-scale infrastructure or municipal utility projects.
* Knowledge of GIS or AutoCAD for pipeline alignment and data management
