Contract : 12 Months
Salary: AS per Industry Standards / Negotiable
We are seeking a talented and passionate AI/ML Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of advanced models that power our intelligent supply chain platform and help transition our company to leverage AI Agents. You will be instrumental in building and deploying models and agents that analyze real-time data streams predict potential disruptions and recommend optimal actions to mitigate risks and improve efficiency. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a modern technology stack contribute to innovative solutions and directly impact the future of supply chain management.
Responsibilities:
Design develop and deploy advanced AI/ML models and agents for supply chain applications including prediction optimization anomaly detection and decision-making.
Translate business requirements into well-defined modeling problems and develop effective solutions using appropriate algorithms and techniques.
Support the delivery of Proof of Concepts (POC) by collaborating closely with Pre-sales Solution Engineering teams to quickly develop and iterate on Analytic models (ML/Mathematical) that support POC outcomes
Integrate models seamlessly into our existing event-driven architecture ensuring high performance and scalability.
Utilize diverse data layers (including graph relational and NoSQL) to provide context and enrich model inputs.
Evaluate and implement the latest advancements in AI/ML including AI Agents RAG techniques LLM memory prompt engineering and other relevant technologies.
Collaborate with product managers data engineers and other stakeholders to define project scope prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality solutions.
Contribute to the development of robust testing and monitoring strategies to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our models.
Document model design implementation and performance ensuring maintainability and reproducibility.
Develop and maintain internal tools to assist with model development and deployment.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Mathematics Statistics or a related field (Masters degree preferred or relevant experience).
5 years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in a production environment.
Strong proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (e.g. scikit-learn TensorFlow PyTorch Pandas NumPy).
Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing environments (e.g. Data bricks Spark).
Experience with database technologies such as graph relational and NoSQL.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms statistical modeling techniques and data mining principles.
Familiarity with AI development concepts including AI Agents RAG techniques LLM memory prompt engineering and other similar concepts.
Experience with event-driven architectures and serverless computing is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for applying AI/ML to solve real-world supply chain challenges.
Preferable Skills :
Experience in the supply chain industry.
Experience with building AI Agents and leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP).
