Job Description:
We are looking for passionate and fast-learning AI/ML Software Developers to join our team. This role is ideal
for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
who are eager to work on exciting AI/ML projects and contribute to the development of intelligent applications
in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
1. AI and Machine Learning Development:
- Develop and optimize machine learning models using Python and frameworks like PyTorch.
- Support the training evaluation and deployment of AI models.
- Learn and implement Generative AI and LLM APIs into product features.
2. Software Engineering:
- Write clean efficient and maintainable code in Python.
- Participate in the development of AI-powered applications and services.
- Collaborate in building backend components and integrating APIs.
3. Web and Application Development:
- Contribute to the development of web interfaces using HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Assist in building full-stack features under the guidance of senior developers.
4. DevOps and Deployment:
- Use Git and GitHub for version control and code collaboration.
- Assist in setting up CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
5. Collaboration and Continuous Learning:
- Work closely with mentors and peers in a cross-functional team.
- Participate in code reviews team discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
- Basic proficiency in Python programming.
- Foundational understanding of machine learning concepts; familiarity with PyTorch is a plus.
- Awareness of Generative AI and LLMs; eagerness to learn more.
- Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Interest in CI/CD practices and tools like GitHub Actions.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have:
- Exposure to Docker or containerization tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure).
- Participation in hackathons open-source contributions or AI/ML competitions.
