We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced clinician to step into a Team Leader role supporting the operational management of our North and South Perth Positive Behaviour Support teams.
In this role youll provide guidance and support to Behaviour Support Practitioners helping them deliver high-quality services aligned with AAAs standards. Youll be backed by our Business Partners and Head of Operations to ensure consistency in practice clear communication of priorities and a strong focus on participant outcomes.
What Were Looking For:
- Extensive experience working with and supporting clients / participants / patients across a variety of settings.
- Experience with clinical supervision & willingness to work across regions and potential travel on a regular basis.
- Strong operational skills with demonstrated experience in managing and supporting high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work at a high professional standard in a collaborative manner within a leadership environment.
- Comfortable supporting the BSP team operationally (with training and support) and clinically to achieve role requirements.

Qualifications :
About You
- Current suitability at the Proficient or Advanced level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner is essential
- Considerable experience providing support to people with behaviours of concern (professionally and/or personally) is essential
- Substantial experience in the provision of positive behaviour supports
- Ability to demonstrate up-to-date evidence-based clinical skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to continuing professional development
