Veterinary Referral Hospital Dandenong is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-time Client Services Representative for a 12-month Maternity Leave Contract!
Starting September 1st 2025 the successful candidate will be critical in ensuring our clients receive outstanding customer service. You will be dedicated conscientious with a genuine love for animals and effective in your written and verbal communication with clients and other hospital staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting clients both in person and over the phone
- Handling appointments inquiries and client communications
- Managing client records and paperwork accurately
- Providing accurate information about our services pricing and hospital policies
- Coordinating with veterinary staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Processing client payments and maintain financial records
- Ensuring the reception area is kept clean organised and welcoming
- Assisting in administrative tasks as needed
- Availability to work weekends and evenings is essential to accommodate our clients needs
Role requirements:
- Proven experience in a client services role preferably in a healthcare or veterinary setting
- Passion for animals and dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature calm and empathetic
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
