We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.
As a Sales Development Representative at AMG & Associates you will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads initiating contact with potential clients and setting up meetings for our sales team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development within our exciting collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calls emails and social media outreach to identify potential clients.
2- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and business challenges to determine the fit for our services.
3- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
4- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in our CRM system.
5- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies.
6- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate our value proposition.
7- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Qualifications:
1- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not required.
3- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
4- Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and persistently pursue leads.
5- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the organization.
6- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
