Lab Systems Specialist

Labcorp is recruiting a Lab Systems Specialist for a dynamic team in the Chantilly VA area. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting file definition/configuration testing and troubleshooting for instrument interfaces automation services programs and applications

• Providing on-site training and support prior to during and post system implementations and conversions

• Providing on call support for production systems

• Consulting with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives

• Preparing Laboratory Bulletins for instrument interfaces middleware platforms automation supporting services programs and/or applications

• Desktop Support

• Network Support

• Onsite support at Chantilly location and occasional(approx 2x/month) support at Linthicum MD location.

• 1st Shift Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm OR 9am - 6pm

Requirements:

• HS Diploma required

• 2yrs of relevant desktop support experience

Preferred Experience:

• 2yrs of relevant network support at Tier 1 level which includes basic troubleshooting to include password resets connectivity issues and basic hardware and software issues

• Bachelors degree preferred
