About Teambridge:
More than 60% of workers in the US (and 70% of workers in the world) are paid hourly and the businesses that employ them each have their own unique processes and workflows when it comes to managing their workforce. Unfortunately the workforce management tools that have historically been available to them are some combination of rigid outdated or not built for an on-the-go workforce.
Teambridge is the worlds first flexible workforce management platformits fully composable and built mobile-first making it easy for companies to mold Teambridge to the unique shape of their business. Teambridge is powered by modular no-code blocks that can be combined to automate any task or process that comes with managing a large workforce such as hiring and onboarding or time tracking and scheduling.
With a $28M Series B raised in 2024 Teambridge is funded by General Catalyst Mayfield and industry leading angel investors as we build flexible efficient and intuitive solutions for complex workforce challenges. The Problem:
Our product is mission-critical to our customers. It is the backbone and operating system for nearly everything they do. This means we need to understand our customers and deliver immense value all while building trust and customer loyalty at each touchpoint.
We want to:
Ensure we are not just meeting the immediate requirements but improving the platform with each launch
Take big bold bets as we expand our offerings to handle more of the employee lifecycle
Blend enterprise power with ease of use and value
In the long term you will own the entire roadmap for a large portion of TeamBridges existing modules. You will be a significant contributor to our overall product strategy and hugely impact our product velocity and quality.
In the short term you will collaborate closely with me and focus more on execution of individual projects as you familiarize yourself with our space customers and how we do product at TeamBridge.
Ultimately you are responsible for picking the right priorities and ensuring excellent execution across both product quality and velocity.
For this role past or aspiring Founders are likely ideal - but were excited to evaluate candidates from other backgrounds as well.
