PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Are you ready to swap your office chair for open spaces and a challenging rewarding career As a Park Ranger Supervisor youll be the protector of our natural treasures primarily at Open Space sites. Youll coordinate operations related to public safety natural resource protection and community outreach while leading and supervising a diverse team of employees from full-time to seasonal. This isnt just a desk job; youll be out there enforcing City-adopted rules and regulations managing volunteer projects and preparing for emergency response and rescue operations. Performs supervisory functions related to public safety natural resource management and community outreach primarily at Open Space sites and facilities assigned to the Open Space and Natural Resources Division of the Parks Recreation & Open Space Department.
