You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Remote Proposal Manager you will lead the development coordination and delivery of high-quality proposals that win business and strengthen client relationships. This role involves collaborating with sales marketing subject matter experts and leadership to ensure proposals are strategic compliant compelling and aligned with the organizations goals.
You will oversee the proposal process from opportunity identification through submission ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a consistent brand voice and compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements.
Responsibilities:
Lead proposal planning sessions and manage the proposal lifecycle for RFPs RFQs RFIs and unsolicited proposals.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales operations finance legal) to gather and validate proposal content.
Develop and maintain proposal templates boilerplate language and reusable content libraries.
Ensure proposals are compliant with solicitation requirements and company policies.
Conduct quality reviews for accuracy completeness and alignment with client needs.
Manage proposal timelines assign tasks and track progress using project management tools.
Write and edit sections of proposals ensuring clarity persuasiveness and brand consistency.
Analyze win/loss data to refine proposal strategies and improve success rates.
Support post-proposal activities such as presentations and negotiations when needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Communications Business Marketing or a related field.
2 years of experience in proposal management or business development.
Strong understanding of the RFP process and proposal best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with proposal management software (e.g. RFPIO Loopio Qvidian).
Ability to manage multiple complex proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines.
