What you can expect:
- Analysis of the performance of all sales areas as well as the development of measures to increase productivity.
- Reporting and analysis of sales performance and deriving appropriate actions to achieve KPIs.
- Organization and planning of season-end returns and corresponding communication to the sales areas as well as the consolidation of goods and initiation of interstore transfers.
- Preparation and consolidation of collection feedback from the sales areas.
- Interface to the merchandise department at the headquarters in Metzingen Germany.
Your profile:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in retail merchandise management or a comparable position.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills strong affinity for numbers.
- Proactive and strong communication skills with a clear service and team orientation.
- Excellent knowledge of common office software particularly MS Office (Excel) and SAP.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English and Polish.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic work environment.
- Commercial or textile/apparel-oriented education nice to have.
