About the Position

Provides professional nursing care to the organizations clients as prescribed by the physician and/or requested by the client/family and in compliance with the states Nurse Practice Act any applicable licensure/certification requirements and the organizations policies and procedures. The RN is accountable for the client assessment care planning therapeutic intervention and achievement of client outcomes.

Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p weekend/holiday rotation as required

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing education program; BSN required or actively enrolled in a BSN program
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Connecticut
• One year experience as a professional acute care nurse; home healthcare experience preferred

Successful candidate will be subject to mandatory influenza vaccination unless eligible for an exemption.
