About this opportunity:
The Planner will report to the Sr Supervisor Mechanical Planning and Scheduling and will be providing planning support for maintenance preserve and restore work for Midstream terminals junctions and Lease Automated Custody Transfer (LACT) sites in the Lloydminster area.
The position will require working with a multi-discipline execution team consisting of Maintenance Trades Schedulers Operations and Engineers to review prioritize and plan maintenance activities. This role requires a highly professional and personable individual who demonstrates strong business judgment and can network communicate organize and work in a busy environment with multiple partners.
We are a Midstream Pipeline and Terminal company with our Operations Maintenance and Engineering staff in Lloydminster and our Management team in Calgary. This position is within our Husky Midstream General Partnership group (HMGP) in Lloydminster.

Work Environment:
This position is located in Lloydminster and requires the successful candidate to live in the area
This is a full-time employee position working a 5/2 shift
What youll do:
Develop Job plans work scopes and cost estimates work orders for material manpower tool and equipment requirements field site visits as required to develop sow
Develop proactive maintenance routes for equipment tasklists/job plans and recommend changes and improvements to maintenance program
Create edit and update preserve and restore work orders for all applicable Midstreams trade disciplines
Participate in weekly review meetings with key stakeholders to discuss ongoing activities prioritize activities review upcoming planned work and discuss additional work.
Develop manage and improve new and existing maintenance plans and tasklists
Support SAP reporting metrics and leverage corporate dashboards to better manage reporting update Maintenance and Reliability monthly dashboard.
Support improvements of SAP master data and create material masters for spare parts and bill of materials and support the Maintenance Reliability and Integrity team in its various activities
Who you are:
Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements:
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Professional Engineering degree Bachelors degree Technical diploma or Journeyman trade certificate
Minimum 4 years related maintenance experience in the oil and gas
SAP Plant Maintenance experience
Working knowledge and experience with reliability and operational integrity
Experience with maintenance philosophies standards and practices in the energy sector along with knowledge of industry codes regulations design and construction pressure and rotating equipment electrical instrumentation controls and operating principles

As this position has been identified as safety sensitive employment of a final candidate selected for this position will be conditional upon successful completion of required pre-employment medical and alcohol/drug assessments.
For this position you will be required to maintain a Class 5 drivers license a satisfactory driving record and adhere to the appropriate Company policies and guidelines. A drivers abstract will be one of the background checks requested in the pre-employment screening for the final candidate.
