Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React Lead to guide our front-end development team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in React and its ecosystem coupled with a proven ability to lead and mentor developers in building high-quality scalable and performant web applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead mentor and motivate a team of front-end developers cultivating a collaborative and productive work environment. Perform regular code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality readability and consistency. Offer technical guidance and support to team members to facilitate their professional growth.
• Technical Strategy and Architecture: Define and drive the technical vision and architectural decisions for all React-based initiatives. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements within the React ecosystem advocating for their adoption when beneficial. Ensure the applications are scalable performant and secure.
• Development and Implementation: Take a hands-on lead in the development of complex user interface features using and associated technologies. Collaborate closely with product managers UX/UI designers and back-end engineers to transform requirements and designs into functional and aesthetically pleasing applications.
• Project Management and Collaboration: Actively participate in project planning effort estimation and the breakdown of tasks. Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams to guarantee a seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems. Clearly communicate project updates technical hurdles and proposed solutions to all relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Extensive professional experience in front-end development with a primary focus on .
• In-depth knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6) HTML5 and CSS3.
• Mastery of core React concepts including Hooks the Context API and the component lifecycle.
• Proficiency with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Developer/Architect with extensive experience in Angular web app development and hybrid mobile application development. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field along with over 10 years of IT industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Angular web applications ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Design and implement hybrid mobile applications using technologies like Capacitor or webview with a focus on seamless user experience.
Collaborate with API development teams to integrate front-end components with backend services leveraging Spring frameworks.
Implement CI/CD pipelines to facilitate efficient software delivery and deployment processes.
Utilize Google Cloud services for scalable and reliable application hosting and management.
Provide guidance to the automation team and helping in implementation of automated testing strategies.
Write comprehensive unit test cases to validate the functionality and behavior of individual components ensuring robustness and reliability.

Qualifications:
