- We are looking for an experienced SSIS/DataStage Lead Developer to design develop and support ETL solutions. This role involves production support (with rotation shifts) leading a small team and coordinating directly with the client to ensure smooth data integration operations.
- Design develop and optimize SSIS packages for ETL processes.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Lead and mentor developers ensuring best practices are followed.
- Coordinate with DBAs and infrastructure teams for deployments.
- 8 years in SSIS development & support.
- 4 years in DataStage development & support.
- Strong SQL Server and T-SQL skills.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving communication and leadership skills.
