Case Mix: Bread & Butter Cardiology. No procedures.

Office Equipment Available: Pager (provided by heartcare department)
Support Staff Available: TBD
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Credentialing Timeline: 60 90 days

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

Temporary pacemakers (covered by EP on call)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Active North Carolina license
Board: BC in Cardiology
DEA: Required
Certifications: BLS ACLS
Experience: 1 2 years in Cardiology
Other Qualifications: Proficiency with Epic
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide night coverage according to shift schedule
Perform evaluation and management services
Coordinate with EP for pacemaker management
Document patient interactions in Epic EMR
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
