Clinical Shift Schedule: 5pm Friday 7am Monday 1 weekend per month
On-Call Shift Schedule: 5pm Friday 7am Monday
COVERAGE DATES
1 weekend per month beginning 10/06/2025
PATIENT INFORMATION
Patient Demographics: 18
Patient Volume/Census: 1 2 on Friday; 5 10 consults/day on Sat/Sun occasional OR cases (stents stones clot evacuation)
Case Mix: General Urology
FACILITY INFORMATION
No. of Beds in Department: 189
Trauma Level: Level 4
EMR System: Cerner
Specialty Backup Available: No extra support for call coverage
Support Staff Available: None for call shifts
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Credentialing Timeline: 45 60 days
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Travel Lodging and Malpractice Insurance: Not specified
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
Must do all General Urology procedures
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Active WV license (or IMLC if willing)
Board: Required
DEA: Required
Certifications: BLS ACLS
Experience: Minimum experience required
Other Qualifications: Proficiency with Cerner
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide weekend clinical and call coverage
Perform general urologic evaluations and procedures
Respond to inpatient and emergency consultations
Participate in OR cases as needed
Accurately document all care in Cerner EMR
