What Youll Do
As a Weekend Nurse (RN) youll provide exceptional care to our residents under the guidance of their physicians and our nursing leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents conditions
- Performing essential nursing tasks such as IV therapy wound care respiratory services and more
- Documenting care using our electronic medical record system
- Supervising and coaching nursing assistants and aides
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and infection control standards
- Supporting resident choice and dignity in care planning and daily living
What Were Looking For
- Active RN license in North Carolina
- Passion for providing compassionate resident-centered care
- Ability to work 16-hour shifts every Saturday and Sunday
