We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at 2600 Bridge Avenue in Pt. Pleasant United States. As an Assistant Manager you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations leading staff and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business objectives
- Lead train and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage inventory including ordering receiving and stocking merchandise
- Create and adjust employee schedules to meet business needs and labor targets
- Handle cash management procedures and maintain accurate financial records
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement strategies for improving store performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health safety and security regulations
Qualifications :
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in inventory management and scheduling systems
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems
- Solid understanding of retail or food service operations and best practices
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
