Position Highlights:
- Hybrid Work: Four days onsite one remote

- Competitive Salary: $170000$188000 base performance-based bonus
- Reasonable Billables: 1850-hour requirement with lucrative bonus tiers
What Youll Do:
- Manage commercial real estate transactions from start to finish
- Advise clients on zoning entitlements and land use planning
- Conduct due diligence including title and survey reviews
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements leases and development contracts
- Support clients across residential commercial industrial and agricultural real estate
- Attend city and planning commission meetings as needed
- Collaborate with a seasoned team of real estate attorneys
Ideal Candidate:
- 47 years of experience in commercial real estate and land use
- Confidently and independently handling title review and due diligence
- Skilled in negotiation and drafting of leases and purchase agreements
- Licensed to practice in Utah or willing to become licensed
- Comfortable with a hybrid work model and team collaboration
