Job Description
We have partnered with an Electric Power Generation in the Ladysmith WI area to provide them with a Plant Manager. Please review the description below and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Plant Manager:
#1. Five years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
#2. Proven leadership in plant operations and maintenance
#3. Strong knowledge of environmental and safety compliance
#4. Expertise in inventory and supply chain management
#5. Solid business acumen for budgeting and cross-functional collaboration
Requirements of the Plant Manager:
- Five years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with production systems safety protocols and environmental compliance.
- Engineering or Business Degree preferred
- Knowledge of biomass markets wood species and the wood pellet industry a plus.
