Job Description
Our client a well-regarded financial institution is seeking a Post Close Insurer for a hybrid role. This is a 6-month temporary position with strong potential for permanent placement. Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM during training. Once training is complete flexible hours will be available.
Pay: $21.00-$22.00/hour DOE.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Loan Insuring Coordination: Prepare submit and track FHA and VA insuring packages ensuring timely payment of upfront MIP and meeting all eligibility requirements.
- Error Resolution & Resubmissions: Identify and correct deficiencies in insuring packages and promptly re-submit them for approval.
- Reporting & Reconciliation: Reconcile investor insuring reports with internal data and maintain accurate records of all insuring activities.
- Stakeholder Communication & Expertise: Serve as a liaison with investors enhance subject matter expertise and support business stakeholders with trusted insights.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Core Competencies: Strong coordination organization and communication skills; effective time management and prioritization; thrives under pressure and adapts to shifting demands.
- Problem Solving & Analysis: Demonstrated ability to assess issues identify solutions and collaborate effectively in group settings; analytical and evaluative mindset.
- Technical & Industry Experience: Familiar with Encompass 360 (Bankers Edition) Total Expert CRM Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac processes and FHA documentation.
- Professional Traits: Detail-oriented self-motivated dependable and team-focused with excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
