Job Description

We are seeking an o9 Process & Integration Analyst to support our clients design and deployment of o9 solutions by capturing business requirements mapping processes executing user testing and supporting configuration alignment. You will also collaborate with data and integration teams to validate data readiness and transformation logic.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document current-state and future-state planning processes.
- Gather and translate business requirements into actionable o9 configuration specs.
- Collaborate with developers to test and validate o9 module behavior.
- Support UAT and adoption by planners through training and feedback sessions.
- Participate in integration design and data validation across planning cycles.
- Assist Process Leads with sprint planning testing and documentation deliverables.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in supply chain or planning system implementations.
- 2 o9 implementations required.
- Strong communication and analytical skills to translate business needs into platform behavior.
- Exposure to o9 configuration testing and data validation workflows.
